Beautiful house with 4 bedrooms, in a condominium, close to the beaches

Spacious, comfortable, delightful and cozy house fully integrated into nature with incredible views from every angle. Fully decorated and equipped, every detail has been thought out to make guests feel at home and surprised by its beauty and welcome. THERE IS A SWIMMING POOL in the house itself, and also in the condominium club. It is very close to the most beautiful beaches in Rio de Janeiro such as Grumari, Secreto, Prainha, Pontal and Reserva. We can provide a day laborer to cook and tidy up.

The house has two delightful balconies on the ground floor, it is airy, bright and from any angle and window there are beautiful views. This house has several rooms, all of which are decorated. It has four very comfortable suites, a home office, a service room with bathroom and a spacious laundry room. The kitchen has a charming stove and wood oven in addition to the traditional stove and is fully equipped with all utensils, appliances, Nespresso. There is a barbecue in the house! The Garden is flowery and well cared for. We have two leafy trees called Brisa and Serena and one of them has a nice swing. This house is pure beauty and poetry. Wi-Fi is wired, excellent for home offices. We do not accept events. Deliveries from IFood, Rappi, Uber eats, Supermercado Zona Sul and hortifruti do Recreio are made easily.
